The experience with Kristen in financing was miserable. I told her I was in a hurry and just needed to get paperwork done but she insisted on trying to hard upsell me on added coverages. Very frustrating I told her I was in a hurry and just needed to get paperwork done but she insisted on trying to hard upsell me on added coverages. Very frustrating and unnecessary. Then, I found a few days later when I couldn't start or lock my car via the app that they gave me a vehicle with the wrong VIN number! Because of this, all paperwork had to be redone which we did electronically. BUT, then after seemingly being done signing all the paperwork again they realized the odometer statements can't be done electronically they had to have someone come interrupt me at work to sign them. To top it off, it took almost a month to pay off my trade in which cost me money in interest which they have not offered to compensate me for. What should have been the easiest sale of the year for them because I literally had the vehicle selected before I got there ended up being a very frustrating, time consuming, inconvenient and bad experience all around. My salesman Ryan did a good job trying to keep things going in spite of all of the failures of the dealership he works for. More

They Advertised the car for 13000, then raised the price 1500 when I arrived, on top of all the fees they tacked on. It broke down within a week of me buying it (after a 2 week fight they did fix it) 3 ye 1500 when I arrived, on top of all the fees they tacked on. It broke down within a week of me buying it (after a 2 week fight they did fix it) 3 years later I'm run off the road. After over a month of calling them I finally threaten to call the lawyer to get the paperwork for the gap insurance, (which they chose and insisted on) The gap insurance company THEY chose refuses to pay for the vehicle despite ample coverage and regular maintenance. Now I have no idea how I'm going to replace this car. I cannot even work. More
