Gave them a second chance at getting repair business. Big mistake. Final work was good, but communication, timing, and interaction with both my insurance company and me was beyond unprofessional. Feldman was not an approved repair for facility for my insurance (Farmers) and I would NEVER use them again. Embarrassed to have insisted to have the repair done here. My bad. More
Dealership is wonderful. Pete in repair shop is excellent. He shows great customer service skills and his knowledge is extreme. My problem is with GM. It kept telling me to "shift to park" to shut my car off. It was in Park. Every article I read on this, says that there should be a recall on this problem. Apparently GM would rather charge their customers $800 rather than fix their problem. Very poor customer service on GMs part! They need to look into this and correct their mistake! More

The service advisor John was a nice enough guy. However when I made the appointment your call center told me 24 hours. I brought the truck in Tuesday night for a first thing Wednesday appointment. However when I made the appointment your call center told me 24 hours. I brought the truck in Tuesday night for a first thing Wednesday appointment. I told him I needed a thermostat. I get a call Wednesday and Thursday that no one looked at the truck. Then I get a call Friday that they loooed at it and it needs a thermostat. But the tech wants to go home on time so they couldn’t start the work. I needed the vehicle for work on Friday. So it went from 24 hours to 6 days. I got the truck back Monday afternoon More

The I was told that the tech wanted to go home on time so he couldn’t start the work. So it went from 34 hours to 6 days. So I wouldn’t recommend this if you have a deadline. More
Very kinds people to provide the service for my car. I was requiring to get the battery replacement for my Bolt EV, and they did very clean job for me. Did not replace or inspect rear brakes at all when I told the salesman they need looked at I’m sure it was not him and was service they’re one of the worst service centers I have ever dealt with the rear bra the salesman they need looked at I’m sure it was not him and was service they’re one of the worst service centers I have ever dealt with the rear brake I was telling them about is the one that went out after 250 miles absolutely terrible they will say you’re good to go. sales was absolutely amazing and are very helpful but the service center I will never return to this dealership due to them More
