Hi my name is Hunter Blosser, I took my 2018 Silverado 2500 HD in for service. I had a coolant tank and a hood latch replaced. I did get it back in a timely manner but 35 miles later after leaving the dea 2500 HD in for service. I had a coolant tank and a hood latch replaced. I did get it back in a timely manner but 35 miles later after leaving the dealership the inside of my cab started filling up with coolant smoke from the heating vents. I pull over and called the dealer. They got me towed and I got My truck back and they said coolant got on exhaust? How does coolant going on an exhaust force it to go through my heating vents? It was installed wrong by the tech working on my truck. The following morning, I look out my window and I see a dent on my fender I walk out and there’s a little dent with a bunch of scratches where a button or a belt would be installing my tank. I stopped what I was doing and drove up and asked to speak the manager. I get the sales manager James Jordan, he and a body tech came and looked at my truck. They agreed to fix it and he told me it won’t take long you’ll be in and out. He told me that I would be getting a call later to schedule an appointment. I never received a call, I call the following day of course his inbox is full. I call the operator and get the body tech I spoke with James Jordan. She now tells me we can’t get you in til next Tuesday and we will need the truck a few days??? I got mad and yelled at the fact that from the tow I missed a days of work and the following day i missed work so 2 days already of a minimum of $200 each day for me I’m out $400 already and they want more out of me? Two more days makes it 4 days of lost pay for me due to the negligence of whoever worked on my truck, she then tells me if you’re going to yell I didnt do nothing to your truck and I don’t have to listen to this, I just hung up So $800 and diesel fuel from going back and forth after my initial fix I’m supposed to forfeit because I paid $175 an hr for supposedly a certified Chevrolet technician. I paid 52,900 for this truck including the $7,000 Feldman warranty when I got this truck. Why am I getting the absolute bare minimum of customer service from this dealership? I talked to three people yesterday who all said their forwarding my information and I’ll receive a call. I have yet to receive a call from anyone. I don’t understand what I did to deserve this type of treatment. More
Had my car for almost four months for a damaged door. Kept saying “waiting for parts”. No consideration for the customer time or money (over $4K in rental fees I had to pay). Highly dissatisfied. The only reason I gave two stars is because they were very kind when the vehicle was finished and delivered the car to my residence. I greatly appreciated this as I just begun home care for a family member that is terminal. More
