Called ahead to find out if they could unlock my monsoon sound system for my 2007 grand prix that was locked when the battery died, the girl on the phone said it would be no problem and to bring it in and f sound system for my 2007 grand prix that was locked when the battery died, the girl on the phone said it would be no problem and to bring it in and for $40 it would be unlocked. So i brought my car in and told the guy at the desk in the service center what i needed and he said it would be $95 to turn on my radio. I mentioned the girl on the phone and he stated she must have been mistaking. For reference you can buy the whole headunit/radio on ebay for $50 and this dealership wants almost twice the value of the radio to unlock the theft lock. I had my registration and everything proving it was my car and my radio so it’s not like it’s a theft problem. after calling around for a minute i found another dealership in garden city that was willing to attempt to do it for free and if it had to be plugged into a computer it would never be over $35, i described what happened at the other dealer so she put me on hold to confirm the price and they agreed that it would never be more than $35. i went into the garden city service dealer and they were very nice and had my radio turned back on and ready to go in under 10 minutes and they did need to hook it up to unlock it and as they stated it was $35. Marty Feldman’s service employees were rude and did not seem to care for my business. I will not be going back to this dealership for any reason. More
WOW Stay away from this place!! I bought a new truck a little over a year ago and I decided that I needed a bigger truck for towing. Mind you that I only put 7,000 mile on my truck and when I arrived they little over a year ago and I decided that I needed a bigger truck for towing. Mind you that I only put 7,000 mile on my truck and when I arrived they offered me $18,000 on a $30,000 truck! really?! I guess this is how they treat their repeat customers! I'll go elsewhere or buy a Dodge or Ford! I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THESE FOLKS AGAIN! More
I have to preface this with the statement that the salesman I dealt with was very nice. He was young and energetic and willing to go over and above to discuss things with me. Trouble is, they kept me salesman I dealt with was very nice. He was young and energetic and willing to go over and above to discuss things with me. Trouble is, they kept me in the dealership half the day (after speaking on the phone). I have epilepsy, and get tired very easily and also my medications cause me further issues. I had a Dodge Charger in perfect condition and I wanted to get into a Camaro. No way they said (and I stupidly believed them, I should have walked out). Finally, they offered me an Impala at what I thought was a good deal which would get me out of the old car and into the new. Well, now I have a total piece of junk. I HATE the car. Worst of all, when I went to refinance it at a lower rate, I was told that it couldn't be done because the payoff was far too high. After talking with the credit union, they explained that my payoff was $33000!!!! How can that be on a car that new was barely 21k?? Simple. They rolled 8k worth of negative equity into my loan. I didn't realize it, and stupid me, I signed on the dotted line. They said the car had lots of bells and whistles. Yeah sure. All it has is satellite radio, nothing more. I am stuck with this car and can't even get GAP coverage because of the lousy deal, thanks to them wearing me down and making me sit there half the day. I will NEVER go back there nor recommend them. It was my stupidity that got me in this mess, but shame on Marty Feldman! More
I purchased a Cruze and the dealership was not concerned with getting the license plate to me within 2 weeks. I do not live close by and they were aware of it. I called the dealership every day up to 10 tim with getting the license plate to me within 2 weeks. I do not live close by and they were aware of it. I called the dealership every day up to 10 times a day and was never able to get someone to even pick up a phone. I left countless messages and no one called me back. I now currently own a vehicle that does not have a license. Very poor customer service. I am shocked that this is actually a legitimate business. More
Nick appeared to have a superior product knowledge about Chevys features and competitive product. He provided choices based on what I wanted, not what he thought I wanted. A good listener. If you are looking for a new Chevrolet, absolutely give Ryan and Shaun at Marty Feldman the opportunity to earn your business. I have purchased cars from Shaun in the past, and I consider him one of the mo Ryan and Shaun at Marty Feldman the opportunity to earn your business. I have purchased cars from Shaun in the past, and I consider him one of the most honest individuals I know. Very candid, respectful guy. So my wife and I were in the market for a second car for our household, and cost was the driving factor on the purchase. We were willing to buy Ford, Dodge/Chrysler or Chevrolet; the vehicle just had to be priced right and be at least a midsize car (for safety reasons). My wife is a nursing student, so our household is one income for the next two years. Price mattered. After driving the new Malibu, my wife and I really liked the quality of the vehicle. However, it was a bit more expensive than the comparable Dodge. This is where our experience with Ryan and Shaun really became a positive one. The guys found us a program car and cut us a terrific deal to make it less expensive than the other mentioned brands. However, the car had a couple marks I couldn't live with. So Shaun and Ryan kept working, dug for every dollar they reasonably could and squeezed $1200 out of our trade--and trust me, that was very generous. Our trade had 206,000 miles and was missing a mirror. Seriously. To summarize our experience cleanly, the guys chipped away at the price difference until they placed us in a new Malibu for a price I couldn't refuse. I know they didn't make a ton of profit on our purchase, but they worked hard to earn it. These are great guys, and I'd trust them to treat my 80-year-old grandmother to a great deal even without me being present. We very much appreciate their hard work, and we'll be coming back to see them in the next couple years (when my wife graduates college). I am gunna need one of those C7 Corvettes. More
I have had multiple issues with service where there is no issue and they try to sell me hundreds of dollars in repairs. Also sales will lie to you to get you in the door. Promise you a certain price and then issue and they try to sell me hundreds of dollars in repairs. Also sales will lie to you to get you in the door. Promise you a certain price and then take it back once you are there. This place is full of cheats and liars. More
Mike Brooks did a great job of getting us into our 2008 Chevy Impala. He listened to our list of wants for our next vehicle and was crucial in finding the right car. We had been looking for over a year to Chevy Impala. He listened to our list of wants for our next vehicle and was crucial in finding the right car. We had been looking for over a year to replace my wife's car before we came to Feldman, and Mike was able to get the job done. "Thank you" to the entire sales team and Feldman Chevrolet for making our deal happen. More
