One of the worst experiences I have EVER had at a car dealership! Went in to purchase a new 2021 Chevy Trailblazer after already checking out the car at other dealerships. Our salesman Jacob, first said that they only had one trailblazer to test drive, and it was not what I wanted, since I already knew what I wanted! Jacob, then said that he could get the car that I wanted from another dealership and it would be delivered 2 weeks later, which I was happy with. I was able to get a good deal and was satisfied and looking forward to my new car and completed all my paperwork so I could just drive away when the car came... or so I thought. I got a call a week and a half later saying my car had been delivered and to come to the dealership. When I arrived, I was told that they sold the car that I already purchased to someone else and they did not have a car for me!!! They were quickly able to find the same car at another dealership and had it the next day at Feldman. The problem is that all the paperwork that I already did and was submitted was with the old car's information. My insurance, registration, and GM financial information was ALL WRONG because of Feldman's mistakes and it has been over a month of trying to fix all of the issues that the dealership has caused! So disappointed in the service and the runaround that I have had to deal with because of a mistake on the dealership.
Overall I am happy with my car, just not my experience!!!!!

Great and fast service! I have now went to get 2 cars from them and each time I had a great experience. I will continue to go to Feldman Chevrolet whenever I am ready to purchase a new vehicle.

One of my worst buying experiences, ever! The only reason I gave them a 2 star rating is that a few years ago I needed service work done on my vehicle, and the service department was excellent.
New car sales...awful!!
I called to schedule a test drive of a vehicle and told them the options I was looking for. Drove the vehicle, liked it and was also interested in seeing it in a different color. The salesman told me it was not available with my options in this color.
I did decide to make a purchase and when I returned , I felt like he rushed me to sign and pass me off to the finance manager. At this point, I still did not know what the vehicle was equipped with. I didn't get that info until after I finished with the finance manager.
My salesman never offered to go over the vehicle details or how to use them. He passed me off to his assistant to pair my phone, and that was it. I began to wonder if his disinterest in helping me was due to the fact that I am a senior citizen (female) and did not bring a male with me for the purchase. My last two vehicles were leases, so you sign, drive and know exactly what you are getting. Prior to those leases, my husband was with me for car purchases. Incidentally one of the safety features I thought was included, was not.
I had a temporary tag, which expired on 9/15, so I called him that day to see if my plates were in. His first words to me were, "Thank you for the survey", and I responded, "you are welcome". He then rudely said, "that was sarcasm. I got a zero from your survey". I expressed that I was unable to give him all tens since my experience with him did not warrant it. He then said, "Well you should have then not completed the survey", put me on hold, came back to say the plates were not in and hung up.
I did realize after the fact that one of the safety features I requested was not on this vehicle.
On 9/22 I still had not heard about my plates, and called to check. Salesman put me on hold for 19 minutes, came back and said plates not in. I asked for a new temporary, and was told to come to service desk and it would be there.
When I got there, he handed me the temporary tag without offering to put it on. When I got home and realized this temporary plate was date-stamped received 9/11 Feldman Chevrolet, so it was obvious the plate was already there on 9/15.
By now, I felt it necessary to reach out to someone above him to discuss his lack of respect to me a customer. I called Feldman on 9/23 and was given the Sales Manager, Ryan Palter's voicemail. I explained the reason for the call. I did not hear back, so I left him a 2nd voicemail on 9/24, and once again did not get a response.
So on 9/26, I called this time to speak with the General Manager, George Hawes, and was given his voicemail. Today, is 10/03, and once again I have received no response from this dealership.
I know this is a lengthy review, but feel it is unacceptable to be disregarded this way, and I hope this will help others avoid purchasing from a dealership that appears to have no integrity after the sale.
