I have bought all my cars from Marty Feldman and have a service there. They are by far the best dealership around. There service department is fast and the friendest. Once the car was purchased, we were somewhat disappointed in the worn-out wiper blades. One would think this, as a safety feature, would have been taken care of during the certification process on the used vehicle. Then two months later the battery went bad and had to be replaced. Overall, it's a very nice car for the price. The two "5" ratings above are regarding Heather only. The rest of the items apply to the dealership experience in general. More

I left dealership on Saturday, November 20, 2010 with a signed vehicle purchase agreement for a used GMC Envoy. On Tuesday November 23, 2010 my bank informed me they had not received the required faxed doc signed vehicle purchase agreement for a used GMC Envoy. On Tuesday November 23, 2010 my bank informed me they had not received the required faxed documents. When I called the dealership I was informed they had sold my vehicle to someone else on Monday. Enough said! More

Basically the same comments as everyone else. Unscrupulous business practices and poor customer service. Don't trust anyone at that dealership, especially the finance person. I went in looking for a specific "GM Certified" car. I found a car that I liked and then my experience began to get sour. The finance person began the full court press about extended warranties etc.. after about an hour we left to find hidden charges that we weren't aware of. I suggets that you review every line of the finance statement and check for dealer add ons. I guess an honest dealer is an oxymoron or I'm simply the moron for thinking dealers can be honest. More
