I’ve been a loyal customer of Feldman Chevy in Novi for years—multiple leases, multiple vehicles, and I even purchased my current truck through them. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has made me seriously reconsider continuing to do business here. I took my truck in for a basic oil change on May 7th and was given three options: Good, Better, and Best. I clearly asked for just the oil change and chose the "Good" option, only to be charged $151. Shocked by the cost, I asked around and quickly learned this price seemed far too high. I then called the dealership myself and was told the price of an oil change is $89.95. I had a family member call as well and they were told the exact same thing. I’ve now called three times asking to speak with the service manager and was told each time that I would get a call back. I still haven’t heard from anyone. This experience feels misleading and dismissive, especially to someone who has supported this dealership for so long. All I wanted was a straightforward oil change—I wasn’t looking to be upsold or overcharged. Feldman Chevy can either make this right, or they can lose a loyal customer for good. More

I wanted to leave a good review - they made us feel great during our 2023 Tahoe purchase less than 2 weeks ago. They were personable, helpful, answered all of our questions, etc. We just walked in and walked out with my dream car, seamlessly. But the day after our purchase, the radio started going in and out. Since we live 90 minutes away, we took it to our local dealership where they troubleshot through it and away we went. Unfortunately, it happened again. We reached out to Feldman of Novi and they told us to bring it in, which we did. 90 mins away. They thought they fixed the problem, doing the exact same thing the previous dealership did, but ultimately not fixing the issue, as the radio still went in and out. They told us it’s a software issue and there’s nothing that they can do about it. Nothing you can do?! We purchased the car from you, and it’s under bumper to bumper coverage, so do the right thing and make it right ! The best thing about this ordeal? My husband picked the car up (2 hours ago), and on his drive home brought it to our local dealership, Art Moehn Chevrolet of Chelsea, and they had it FIXED in 10 minutes due to a LOOSE AMP CONNECTOR! Clearly, Feldman didn’t even look. It’s evident that all they want to do is push numbers and make the sale and at the end of the day, they truly don’t care about their customers. As we pulled out of the lot on the day of the purchase, I said to my husband, “Wow! I’ll never buy a car from anywhere else”, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. I will absolutely never recommend Feldman Chevrolet to my worst enemy! It's clear that customer satisfaction is not their priority. While I initially praised their service, I now strongly advise against purchasing from Feldman Chevrolet. I'm extremely disappointed with this experience and the lack of support we received. More

The replaced the engine that took three weeks longer than was promised. GM and feldman would not give me the same size vehicle. 4 months later I get an oil leak and rattling in the vehicle. We took it back. They blamed it on an oil change place. Thr next morning there was a puddle of oil in the driveway. This is how they treat people that buy there top of the line suburban high country. Mind you They know we have four children being driven around in this vehicle More
