Don in sales has 32yrs with Feldmann and that alone speaks volumes! This dealer is worth stopping in at and giving them an opportunity to earn your business. More
Feldmann service is top notch. Their service advisors and technicians are very competent. They get the job done right the first time. Their service advisors and technicians are very competent. They get the job done right the first time. More
If you want to enjoy the car buying experience, this is your dealer. Matt, and Taylor in sales, Jor in finance, and everyone else there were beyond amazing. I purchased one of the least expensive vehicles your dealer. Matt, and Taylor in sales, Jor in finance, and everyone else there were beyond amazing. I purchased one of the least expensive vehicles there, and was treated like the owner of the dealership. I have never felt more welcomed, and respected. Thank you guys!! More
We own two Mercedes vehicle- one newer and one older car to Feldman Mercedes for routing Service A oil change. What should have been simple turned into a nightmare. During the service, they broke a part on to Feldman Mercedes for routing Service A oil change. What should have been simple turned into a nightmare. During the service, they broke a part on our vehicle. When we reached out to dealership management Jim Machemeh| to address the issue, the customer service was horrible- dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to take responsibility. We were treated like a problem instead of valued long-term customers. Because of how poorly this was handled, we escalated to Mercedes-Benz USA They reviews the situation and instructed us to take the car to different Mercedes dealership. That dealership immediately took care of us, providing excellent customer service and even documented the damage with photos, video - that clearly showing that Feldman Mercedes caused the issue. Mercedes- Benz USA ultimately paid for the repair due to the evidence. This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience, especially for loyal Mercedes owners. We will never return to Feldman Mercedes and strongly ution others to think twice. More
I recently purchased a used 2020 Mercedes GLC AMG 63 with 39,000 miles (beautiful, powerful SUV). A week ago, the car heat gauge went red and told me to pull over as the car was over heating. I mentioned th 39,000 miles (beautiful, powerful SUV). A week ago, the car heat gauge went red and told me to pull over as the car was over heating. I mentioned that when I brought the car in for service. The car needed a new coolant thermostat. The total cost was an absurd $3,657.98. The parts cost $1,117 and the labor was $2,400.88. Assuming the labor took 8 hours (which is generous), the hourly labor rate comes to $300.11/hr. On top of that, they charge 3% additional if you use a credit card to pay. Not sure how this place stays in business. Needless to say, I will be taking my car to a local import car specialist not named "Mercedes" in the future. More
I purchased a used car from Feldmann import and was told by the sales rep the car annywas clean. I went trade in the car and was informed the was in a towable accident. Very dishonest on the part of the rep by the sales rep the car annywas clean. I went trade in the car and was informed the was in a towable accident. Very dishonest on the part of the rep. Bottom line is the trade in price was lower because of the accident. Do to my experience I will never purchase another car from this dishonest dealer. They never tried to rectify the issue. Any new buyer be wary. More
After already buying two cars with the dealership and bringing my cars to service I had the worst new car buying experience ever with first and Austin who seized communication . After I called again I wa bringing my cars to service I had the worst new car buying experience ever with first and Austin who seized communication . After I called again I was told he became sick the same day. No passing on the torch nothing. The with a Matt and his manager Tom ogle. Matt and Tom hanged up on me (Matt twice). I was ready to send the 2500$ payment to reserve a new ( 80k) car when they wanted to charge 75$ credit card fee. I do not pay this and that’s when they got rude. Too bad it used to be a good dealership. They lost a deal and a customer. Word of mouth spreads in our Mercedes Benz club More
