I've had very hit and miss satisfactory levels of service at Feldmann Imports. My most recent was not satisfactory. I paid $99 (hundred bucks) to have my car diagnosed for a noise. It sounds like the tech just drove it around the parking lot and couldn't recreate. You think!? How about getting it up to speed on streets? I also got an oil change. That was fine at $170+... But I later learned they're now adding a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. Seriously? For all intents and purposes, this is now effectively a $300 oil change. Oh, even though I referenced how dirty it was, they still didn't wash it. I generally LOVE the vehicles but may have to move on from them in light of the service. Especially if I'm now being nickel and dimed. More

Both the salesperson, Matt Sack and Finance Advisor, John Cadle, are NOT as knowledgeable about job-related tasks as expected. They were NOT able to answer our questions and were both very arrogant and rude. Will not recommend ANYONE to buy from this place. If I could give zero stars, I would. More
