Great guy I have two vehicles from Feldman, and I have to say, buying a new car is alway fun and eclipsed only by great service follow-up. However, it says a lot to me when it is in fact a joy to visit a service department. What does it mean when you actually look forward to taking your car to the dealer with an issue? No, I have a busy life and usually this would be one of the inconveniences that simply get in the way, but not when your service rep is a great person and always friendly and accommodating. For many years, since moving from New Zealand, I've often had reason to be disappointed with CS in this country, but my faith in "the customer is always right" rule has been buoy'd with my personal experience, working with John Pfeiffer. John goes above and beyond every single time and no matter the issue (big or small) with my cars, its a big deal to John. That means the world to me and I've on a few occasions shared my experience with CS at Feldman's. When someone genuinely enjoys dealing with people it shows and makes a world of difference in a person's life.
