I recently took my car in to check on some warnings, about tire pressure, that had come on during cold weather. I was glad to see that John Pfeiffer was working that day and he stated that those type o about tire pressure, that had come on during cold weather. I was glad to see that John Pfeiffer was working that day and he stated that those type of notices come on during cold spells and are not big problems. He assured me that they would check the tires and make sure that the proper amount of air was in each. Thank goodness that I went in, because when the right front tire was checked, it was found to have a bulge in the side of the tire. I was told that it was probably caused from a pothole and the only thing that could be done was to purchase a new tire. Even though I really did not want to purchase a new tire(the old one only had aroud 12,000 miles)I am grateful that the problem was found. I drive a Mercedes primarily for the safety and John and the service guys saved me from a possible dangerous blowout or being stopped on the side of the road in sub zero temperatures. As always, John offered to have my car washed after the service. I know that is a little thing to some people, but I love that service. I had had a really bad day and broke the side mirror off my car. Both John & Cory went the extra mile for me in taking off the broken one so I could drive it, then trying to put all the pieces together to my car. When it comes to service advisors it doesnt get better than this. It is easy to buy a mercedes, but to maintain a mercedes to true German precision is not simple. You have to trust the place you take it to. Well at Feldmanns this is easy and there are no worries. Their follow up is horrible. Although they have a wonderful service department that goes well above and beyond the call of duty the sales dept. shoud take lessons from them.
