We were looking for a like-new-used vehicle. After doing our research, we knew the Make, Model, Year and options we wanted. I called and spoke with Scott Babcock who told me the vehicle was on it's way and would arrive that very afternoon. As I was anxious to see it, he arranged for it to be inspected and detailed as soon as it arrived. Scott called to say it would be ready to see at 6pm. My son and I headed to Feldmann, met Scott (who stayed late to assist me), took the car on a drive, loved it and came back to Feldmann and wrote out a check! I was at the dealership getting my C300 serviced, I walked arround while waiting and came upon new C350 coupe. I instantly fell in love with this car. He always answers my calls even when he is not at work. The kind of service I give to 500 doctors who consult with me in central Minnesota.
