At a previous oil change last week, the Service Tech, noticed a ruptured hose on the A/C system, and also noticed some bad Tie Rods on the driver side. I ordered the new parts, The Dealer notified me wh noticed a ruptured hose on the A/C system, and also noticed some bad Tie Rods on the driver side. I ordered the new parts, The Dealer notified me when they arrived, and came back this week. The work was under warranty, and the Dealer provided a loaner for me to finish my daily work. This morning I went to renew my license tabs. It turned out that I also needed new license plates, as mandated every 7 years by MN law. I had a hard time removing the old plates, because the bolts holding out that I also needed new license plates, as mandated every 7 years by MN law. I had a hard time removing the old plates, because the bolts holding them in place had rusted (probably because of road salting in the Winter) and the only solution i could think of was to take the car to the dealer. I went to Feldmann's unannounced and was promptly greeted by a friendly young lady by the name of Sarah Sharp, who quickly arranged to have this problem taken care of by one of the technicians. While waiting I chatted with one of the owners, Joe Feldmann, whom I have known for years, Angel Maldonnado, who sold me a new CL 500 a few years ago, and I even ran into an old friend of mine, Mike Shannon, whom I used to work with some 30 years ago. While my car was being worked on, Sarah frequently came over to give me progress updates, which I much appreciated. The work was performed to perfection at a ridiculously low price ($8,00 for two bolts)and the car was handed back to me washed and waxed like a new car.
