Everything was great, Chuck was awesome with communication up to the point of the sale. Then I had to go talk to the finance person for way too long to make my cash payment and leave with the ca communication up to the point of the sale. Fine, they have upsell with their packages, but it would be nice not to have that sprung on me when I am coming in during my lunch to just pay for the car and take it home. But the main reason I wouldn't recommend this dealership is because they don't pass the customer care test that I use for all dealerships I deal with. It's a simple test, do they let you leave after purchasing a car with less than a full tank of gas? If they do, then it tells me that they don't put the customer first, and instead care about costs more than anything. It's such a simple thing and a small gesture to show people you care about their experience, I would never deliver a car to a customer without a full tank of gas. Some dealerships will say they are able to sell better deals since they don't do this, but that is still a concern of cost over care, which means any future dealings with them will likely have the same priorities. It shows me that when my cost concerns don't align with theirs, like they do on an initial purchase, that their cost concern will likely win out over concern for my experience. This small gesture would've made me much more likely to recommend them to others, much more likely to return myself for future purchases, and much more likely to keep their extended warranty beyond the 30 day cancellation period. Instead they are just another dealership that might have a good deal once in a while, with a very nice salesman in Chuck. More
