We were very pleased with Angel and the shopping experience here. Where this went off the rails is finance and service dept. When we agreed to purchase the 2019 Acadia, we noted it pulled to the r experience here. Where this went off the rails is finance and service dept. When we agreed to purchase the 2019 Acadia, we noted it pulled to the right and wanted it corrected BEFORE we took the vehicle. It was serviced before we got it but it still pulled to the right when we left. Since we don't live in BA and had to have a vehicle to drive, we left. Took it to Christian Brothers Automotive and they found it was toed out in the left front. Once corrected, it drove straight. This SHOULD have been caught in a routing allignment performed at the dealership. It was not. On financing, we were told you were pulling multiple rates from different banks and the best rate you got was 3.99 from GM Financial. I know that your business checks with TTCU because we were told you did by your staff. I could not believe that 3.99 was the best rate so I followed up with TTCU. They were a posted rate of 2.74 that day and we have outstanding credit. Why were we not offered that rate? I believe the dealership gets incentives to use GM and that is what you did instead of doing what we were told. I am very disappointed in this process. We have since started the refinance process with TTCU and will be moving the loan. If we choose to buy another vehicle from you, it is only because of Angel Hernandez. He was outstanding and a pleasure to work with. I assure you I will NOT be bringing our new vehicle in for servicing there and will never finance there again! More
