Immediate response to my call for help and their suggested plan worked. Disappointed that warranty person returned my call to my husband instead of me. I would rather have told my husband myself. Had check engine message cleared 6 times. After the third time I called and left a message for my contact again. No response. A few days later I called again and left a message. No response. After another few days I emailed. Again no response. After another few day I left a call message that I was disappointed with Ferguson’s after the sale service because I still hadn’t received any response. It was only after that call that another employee called me back and apologized for their dropping the ball. He was very nice and helpful. He told me that it wasn’t an excuse but they had been busy and explained that they had sold about 800 cars lately. I will wait until I see what happens next time, if there is a next time, before I offer a great rating. More

Paid cash for 2015 Acura RDX I was offered to buy warranty for thousands of dollars but declined due to cost.
