Great experience at Ferguson! I was impressed that I was greeted by two salesmen before I walked in as they held the door. I asked for Kaveh. Each man spoke well of Kaveh. One asked the receptionist to call Kaveh, as he was not expecting me, although I told him that I would see him at EOM. He came in 1/2 hour early, reviewed his notes, & we started shopping. We looked at several pre-owned GMC Sierra trucks & drove 2. We started out with one I had expressed interest in, & then moved to a truck with much lower miles & a much finer equipment package. Kaveh gave me detailed information about the truck & has set up a "tech meeting" in order to lead me through the operation of various aspects of the truck. Kaveh is a great salesman & a better man. He made me feel confident about my selection. When it came time to go through financing, we worked with Sue Sutka, who was absolutely top notch. She worked hard & stated late to get us the best rates on financing my truck & a new GMC Acadia Denali for my wife, which was at it's best price if the year. Sue sealed the deals & sent us home with two great vehicles. I would certainly recommend shopping for new or used vehicles with Kaveh. We will send others. More
