Unexpectedly Satisfying My wife had the itch for a new vehicle... I spent a few weeks mentally preparing, while she shopped cars on her iPad... This is not my first rodeo, My wife had the itch for a new vehicle... I spent a few weeks mentally preparing, while she shopped cars on her iPad... This is not my first rodeo, I was dreading the day we had to physically go pick one.... Saturday morning... this is the day! With of mixture of trepidation and excitement, we drove to Furguson Superstore where she had found her top choices. We were randomly greeted by Kaveh. My shields were up and my antennae were tuned to "high alert". We are slow shoppers, I knew this would take a while. To my surprise, we were not being pressured, we were not being bird-dogged. By the end of our purchase, we were joking and laughing with Kaveh. We left the store with a new Enclave, and a new attitude. How can this happen at a car dealership??
