I looked for a new truck for more than a month. I spent many hours talking with three different Ford dealerships. I bought my new truck from Ferguson because the experience was better in all respects. My initial very positive contact was via email with Barry. He put me in contact with Mike Rotondo, who helped tremendously with the sale. Victoria (Sales Manager) was very accomodating in sealing the deal. AJ was very efficient and helpful in handling the financing. Perhaps best of all was Harry Buck (Service Manager); he is exceptionally impressive and I am looking forward to many years of reliable service from a service department which I trust. Everyone was very friendly and customer-focused, and the overall experience was great. More
