Preston was courteous and worked to help get our issue resolved. We had a tire that had a bulge which they blamed on a pot hole and my previous service drop off they also blamed it on customer equipment resolved. That is the only reason I'm giving them four stars is due to the fact that they are quick to blame the customer for any issues. Other than that they were quick to get me in, get parts replaced, and back on the road. More

I tried calling 3 different times to talk to my advisor and was put on hold immediately each time. I received a text message indicating my truck was ready but It wouldnt let me respond to communicate with and was put on hold immediately each time.
