Your service department needs to have the customer service standards that your sales department owns. I brought my car in on Saturday prior to Thanksgiving for a 5K mile checkup, to have the tires rot service standards that your sales department owns. I was informed that the car would be ready for pick up the Monday following Thanksgiving. I called on that Monday and I was informed that they had to "find" my car. I called back Monday and was informed that the car would be available Monday night. I called Tuesday morning and was informed that the car would be available Tuesday morning. I called back later that morning and was informed that the car would be available early that evening. I called Kevin Lindsay on Tuesday, who could not answer for all of the guarantees, but assured me that the car would be available Tuesday evening. I was finally able to get my car sometime after 3pm. Why did I have to make all of the calls? Does the repair team not have the ability to keep me informed of the status of my vehicle? It feels as if I did not make the calls that my car would not have been a priority. We have a long history of purchasing cars from the dealership but I am not certain I trust the repair team to handle my basic needs. More

I had my truck serviced, oil change, tire rotate and balance. They broke the socket to my lug nuts and just gave it back to me and it wasn’t until I talked to the mngr that I got it replaced. Then a day later I hear something rattling and I take my hub caps off and there are a lug nut in each front wheel completely off. I don’t think they took the time to torque them properly.
