Normally love to go there for service. Fast and courteous. Last trip was lengthy, no filter and not notified till after almost 2 hrs. TV on Sports channel was way too loud!!!! courteous. Worst service experience ever. Charged over $400.00 to replace a part that did not resolve the issue I was having. After two months, they finally figured out that all I needed was a new battery.
