most horrible experience ever The most horrible experience i have ever had at a dealership , I bought a 2016 gmc sierra 2500 hd denali at the beginning of july this year and i stil The most horrible experience i have ever had at a dealership , I bought a 2016 gmc sierra 2500 hd denali at the beginning of july this year and i still haven’t received anything for getting my registration or title for my truck it’s now SEPTEMBER , and i can’t get ahold of anyone from the “title department” nobody returns phone calls or answers their phones. on top of that , these guys sold me this truck with a lower model wheels on it and the tires were unbalanced and i had to bring it back for them to be rebalanced (twice) and they were supposed to clean my truck and fill it up , well they cleaned it half xxx and filled it up and managed to hit something with my brand new truck and didn’t tell me let me take it and then tried to act like it was no big deal after i saw all the paint scratched off my front bumper, this is just a TASTE of how these guys treat their customers that spend 53,000$+ with them. WHAT A SHAME. More
