Sheryl Falco, my sales rep, was knowledgeable and beyond patient as I test drove 3 different trucks. She was invested in my satisfaction and wanted to make sure I purchased the right truck/trim level. She always followed up immediately to my questions or concerns. I stopped by the dealership on one of Sheryl’s days off and another sales rep willingly helped me out, even though she knew I was working with Sheryl. She took me out to a Ram that I wanted to see and spent 20 minutes explaining the different features/options on this particular truck. Awesome service!
