We came upon an ad for the new 2018 Wrangler JL at a price competitive to some of the used jeeps that we were looking at. And, the 23S package now includes many features that were options before. We called Ferman, and Sheryl Falco told us the details, and the bottom line costs. At this same time, we had Family fly in and stay, so we couldn't get over to the dealer right away. Saturday morning, while they slept in, we were at Ferman at 8:30am and Sheryl was there. True to her word, the car was on the lot, and the bottom line she told us on the phone, was exactly as she had said. In fact, we thought we would only be able to test drive the car in the time we had before leaving to get the Family to the Beach, instead we were able to complete all the paperwork and drive it Home! And Gonca Aksoy, the Finance Manager, saved us hundreds of dollars in impact fees by discovering that we had a tag already registered that we could use. Great Team of Women!! More
