I had my Wrangler 2020 steering gear serviced per TSB this morning. This was my first visit to Ferman Wesley Chapel as I just purchased my Jeep recently. I cannot comment on the prices as my vehicle was under warranty. Overall, it was great experience, the services were done professionally and within the reasonable timeframe. This place is extremely busy and even though it may take up to a few days to schedule an appointment but it is worth it! The staff is nice and polite, there are free drinks and snacks available for customers. Very recommended!!! More

This was my first time to Ferman and was reluctant having not had great experiences with auto service at dealership service departments. This dealer (Brian Guest was my service contact) determined what problem was, let me talk to technician that analyzed the problem, gave me an estimate and then fixed the problem at BELOW the estimated cost.
