Quick service I was in for an oil change and expected it to take the usual hour or so. I was pleasantly surprised when the service advisor came and got me after 35 I was in for an oil change and expected it to take the usual hour or so. I was pleasantly surprised when the service advisor came and got me after 35 minutes and said everything was ready. They even took care of replacing my key fob battery which was nearly dead AS A COURTESY. That's what I call service! More

I had taken my vehicle into another Jeep dealership two different times for a noise that occurred fairly often when making a hard left turn and neither time was it taken seriously. It also was taken care of by the service department in my first attempt at addressing the issue with Ferman’s service department. Appreciate the outstanding service. More

Great service..... New vehicle sales - very ho hum. I have gone to this dealer ship many times to have my van serviced (which I purchased here). Service department is great! The last time I was here f I have gone to this dealer ship many times to have my van serviced (which I purchased here). Service department is great! The last time I was here for a service/oil change I spoke to the sales department about buying a new van. Unfortunately the gentleman I had bought my current van from had retired. The sales person I was hooked up with didn't know anything about vans/trucks so I left him with several questions about the 2020 vans that I couldn't find answers to on the web. He said he would research the answers and get back to me. 2 weeks later he sent me an email about a used car they had for sale. I responded to his email saying I was waiting for his response on the van. 4 months later no response. I went to their competitor (Ford) and ordered a new van. It's a shame because I really like the Ram Promaster. Oh well, such is life..... More
