Brian manages costs fairly and transparently and as cost conscious customers we truly appreciate that. He knows that customers do not look forward to car repairs but Brian makes it as pleasant and professional as possible and his sense of humor is genuine. After the AC condenser was replaced in one day (on time and on budget) we received a CLEAN car with ice cold air.
