Very Accommodating In addition to my routine service I had a problem with my passenger seat, which I had never had with any Jeep I have owned. The service department took the seat apart and oiled it, put it back together and the squeak is gone. I was very happy with the accommodation of this service. More

EXTREMELY POOR I took my 2016 Challenger 392 Hemi Scat Pack Shaker in for its very first service, an oil change and tire rotation. The service technician scratched m I took my 2016 Challenger 392 Hemi Scat Pack Shaker in for its very first service, an oil change and tire rotation. The service technician scratched my wheel. I didn't realize it until about a week later since I garage (only 5600 miles) it most of the time. I also notified the service department representative three times before getting a reply. They said it looked like curb damage and only offered to have it fixed at a discounted price since there is no proof it occurred there. I know that to be false since I take the utmost care of my car and literally treat it like one of my children. I have learned a valuable lesson, take pictures or a video of your vehicle before taking it in for service! Do not assume that since they are an official Dodge dealer that they care about your vehicle. I would highly recommend to NOT take your vehicle here for any kind of service. More
