I really thought I’d have to make another appointment for that, but they got it all done in a timely manner. Best part of experience was meeting the team Had some initial confusion on the phone, as the representative scheduled the appointment too late in the day for the service requested. The representative also failed to return my request for an estimate of the likely cost for the service. When I called back the next day, Tom was able to correct the scheduling and provide an estimate. Once I got to the dealership, everyone there was so helpful and friendly. I told them I was looking at eventually getting a motorcycle. One of the sales staff told me they actually had a bike in the used car area (a beautiful 2017 road king, by the way). I had a good time chatting with the staff and other customers. When the work was done, it actually came in well under the estimate, which was really good news. Bring your vehicle down for great service and expect a great customer service experience. More
