Despite all major service and 50,000, 100,000 mile checkups and all recalls accomplished, lifetime power train warranty was not honored due to lack of specific checkup I was not aware of. I suspect that checkup requires a fee!!! In the end, I paid 3,300 for a repair that should have been under warranty. I found parts and labor fees to be a bit excessive as well. Tom, in the service department was outstanding. He has always been most helpful and, on this matter, went above and beyond to try to help! He is the probable only reason I would come back or recommend. I also noticed a few body trim fasteners missing and some wires not in the factory position. Would be nice, now that car is repaired and inspected, if dealer/Chrysler would reinstate warranty! More
