I walked into Ferman Mazda of Brandin, FL. and from start to finish the quality of service, selection of new car inventory, great prices and professio I walked into Ferman Mazda of Brandin, FL. and from start to finish the quality of service, selection of new car inventory, great prices and professionalism of the staff had me hooked to shop with them and convinced me I needn't go anywhere else. I was looking for an upgrade from my 2013 CX-5 Touring FWD and decided to go for the 2016 CX-5 Grand Touring AWD. I was on a budget, but wanted an upgrade for a pending move to Hawaii. The staff bent over backwards to get me a great deal on my new 2016 CX-5 GT. Catherine Campo was my sales associate and provided me with a thorough performance check of my vehicle, that really showcased the AWD feature; it was interactive and made me feel ultimately confidant with the handling and maneuvering of the upgraded AWD package. All in all, this was my second car purchase from Ferman Mazda of Brandon, and my experiences, both of them, have been top notch. Unlike other car buying experiences I've had with other dealerships, I felt like the staff at Ferman Mazda of Brandon really cared about the buyer and not just about making money and up-selling. I would definitely recommended my friends and family to this dealership. You can't beat the experience, and I'll miss their hospitality when I get to Hawaii. More
