I bought a Giulia Alfa Romeo in June of 2023. A month later i got into the car and I was unable to start it and I was unable to turn off the lights and radio. Obviously the buttery ended up dead. I called road assistance and they didn't pick up the car until the next day. The repaired it saying that it was an issue with the settings and that everything should be ok. A week ago I had the same issue in my home garage, the car was towed to Alfa Romeo. Three days after I received a phone call from Alfa Romeo body shop an I was told that all they did is to charge the battery, that the car was in perfect conditions and that the problem was that I use the car not enough as it shows only 900 miles. This is ridiculous. I had a Toyota, 3 Mercedes, a Tesla and I NEVER had an electrical issue for not using the car "enough"??? Conclusion: Alfa Romeo did not investigate which is the electrical defect this car definitely has. Very disappointed. More

Great communication & great people! My car was finished sooner than expected. I really liked how everything I needed to read and sign was sent to my phone. So convenient! They also sent the final bill to my phone and I was able to pay via Apple Pay speeding up the whole process.
