Other places made it obvious that I was just a number and they weren't paying attention to when they had talked to me and about what. I was offered a better price by another dealership but Norman Frede was willing to beat it. They also found the exact truck I wanted and had it brought to the dealership. The entire process from discussing options to getting my keys was as smooth is I've ever experienced. This is a family owner operation that has been in business for a long time and they really do make you feel like they care. I've been very happy with them and will continue to give them my business.
