Unfortunately, I would never return to this location. Upon arriving, I sat in my car and waited to be greeted for almost 10 minutes after watching and making eye contact with several staff members. I brought my convertible in for an "error" I received with operating my roof top. Fette infiniti did NOT fix the issue and overcharged me $350+ for "screws" they deemeed were irreparable and needed repla with operating my roof top. Fette infiniti did NOT fix the issue and overcharged me $350+ for "screws" they deemeed were irreparable and needed replacement. This did NOT RESOLVE MY ISSUE. luckily I work in the car business so, MY very own Parts Counterperson and myself diagnosed this issue ourselves and it only cost $20 to order the correct part. I am very unhappy with how this was resolved by Fette Infiniti and will be requesting an immediate refund for the payment I made on services that were POORLY diagnosed and executed. More
