Service check On my first appointment, I took off of work 1 hour for the loaner car only to find out there weren’t any and I had to come back another day. On my On my first appointment, I took off of work 1 hour for the loaner car only to find out there weren’t any and I had to come back another day. On my second trip, I came back at night to return the loaner car only to find out my car was not ready at 6:30 PM they said they were something wrong with the tires and they were waiting for the tire warranty. I went home with the loaner and planned to return the loaner around my work schedule. I received a call at 7:45 the next morning that the car was ready. I don’t understand why it would not be ready 630 the night before but it was ready now at 7:45 in the morning. That is very inconvenient for me to now I have to come back again, and be later another hour to work. 2 days after my tire and 30,000 mile service check - I had a warning on my dashboard that said service engine oil soon. I think I’m going to live with that message and not have to go through going back to the dealership again More

5000 miles check It went ok but my appointment was at 12:30 and my car was ready at 2:40, I waited two hours and 10 minutes for an oil change bc they did not even rota It went ok but my appointment was at 12:30 and my car was ready at 2:40, I waited two hours and 10 minutes for an oil change bc they did not even rotate my tires bc it was not needed. I think that they can do better with timing. My time is valuable to me. More
