Recommend with CAUTION due to Price Issue. I live in North Bergen and Fette Infiniti is not that close to me. I scheduled the 5000 miles oil change + tire rotation service online. I dropped off my vehicle in the morning. James McNally contacted me later to confirm the above-mentioned price before they started the service and I agreed. The service went quick and I was informed about one and half hour later that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I picked up the vehicle within one hour after I was notified. Nothing abnormal was detected during the service but to my surprise, the price bumped up to $127+change without any detail on the price increase. I enquired about the price raise and I was told it was for the workshop charge (this is my fourth infiniti vehicle, I’ve never heard of such thing before)! I could not see the detail for the additional charge on my receipt. All I saw was labor: $71 and parts: $48 plus taxes, e.t.c. Just the labor added to the parts already make the price to $119 and not 104+change. I paid them the amount but will not bring my vehicle there again unless I receive a concise and clear information from them about the additional charge or get a discount in the future/refund. More
