I bought a pre-owned Toyota Camry from this dealership a couple of weeks ago, and had a bad experience.
I worked with Wendy and Luis. The sales, Wendy, was not very professional. She cannot answer most of our questions, and just referred us to her colleague Luis, who is their finance person. After test driving the car, we found several scratches in the front bumper. Wendy told us she would take care of them, but when she delivered the car to my house, they were still there!
When we signed the purchase contract with Luis, we noticed that he put $200 for the registration/plate fee. We asked him about it because we knew that the state registration/plate fee should be around $100. He then told us that if the actually fee is less they would refund us when they delivered the car. However, they never did so. We tried to call him in the following week, but apparently he gave us a hard time to reach him. He appeared to be either off or busy, and never returned our messages. We even talked to the manager, and his reply was that we need to talk to the finance guy and he didn't know anything, sounding like it is not his business at all. Today Luis finally called back and told us that there is a "runner's fee" included in the registration/plate fee. Fine! if there is indeed such a fee, which is not shown in the purchase contract, why didn't he mention it when we asked him at the beginning?
They lied, and do not care about their customers at all. Be warned! I would not recommend this dealership.
