I don't have any problems with the friendliness and courteousness of the staff at all in this particular facility. This is regarding a mis-understanding that has caused an inconvenience for me and a wa courteousness of the staff at all in this particular facility. This is regarding a mis-understanding that has caused an inconvenience for me and a waste of my time. I had a 10 am appointment for oil change and when I got there, I was told the 60K maintenance is due and that my car needed it. I didn't have a problem with that at all so I stayed and waited. Now this is where the problem began - When my car was done with the servicing including the oil change, the guy in charge (who checked me in) was out to the office and did not come back until around 3pm. My car key was sitting on his desk and not a single service agent bothered to check the status, etc. I was stuck at the service center because the guy who checked in my car was out of the office and the staff or manager in charge failed to proactively checked the running of the business. When I left the facility, I realized they did not go thru with me the details of what was replaced, etc. One of the things I love about this facility is the video of the mechanic doing the checks. However, this time they failed to perform the video check. I was sent to the front to pay for my dues and was sent home without even an apology. This is the first time this incident has happened to me at this location. The customer service is just going downhill...This is simply not acceptable.Please rectify the issue immediately or your customer will start exploring other dealership for services. More
