Wow, when you buy your first BMW and the feeling you and your wife have it’s amazing. The car drives great, the people at Fields are truly first class. Just like us, the buyers! I feel like BMW forgot that? We, the buyers, are as amazing as the talent you put in the showroom. How dare you not stand behind your product! $6,500 for a 4 y/o trade in! That’s embarrassing! Terrible. It’s so outrageous, I walked next door to Range Rover and bought $110,000 Range Rover after they offered me 13,000 (pitiful residual value) for my X3. I rather know the enemy I don’t know than the enemy I know.

Mr. Bouzko, I tried to contact you FIVE times. No one in your company knew who you were and the receptionist kept transferring me to different individuals in your dealership, and all went to voicemails! Very strange! In any case, I left a couple of voicemails hoping that someone will respond to my messages. Again, just trying to contact you, as you requested, has been an awkward and strange experience!
