I was offered a loaner vehicle, which was a thoughtful touch, but before I could even get behind the wheel of it, my car was already repaired, finished, and ready to go.. The service was so quick, I didn’t even have time to enjoy their complementary food and snack bar. 🚫 Extremely Disappointed with Sales and Service Experience I purchased a 2022 BMW 740 with under 11,500 miles less than 3 months ago. Since owning it, I’ve driven fewer than 600 miles — yet duri Experience I purchased a 2022 BMW 740 with under 11,500 miles less than 3 months ago. Since owning it, I’ve driven fewer than 600 miles — yet during a basic service appointment to replace a brake light bulb, I was told the car already needs two new rear tires. That’s unacceptable for a vehicle of this class, especially with so little use. Either the car was delivered with worn tires, or there’s a serious alignment issue that was never disclosed. On top of that, the car was kept at the dealership for three days just to change a bulb. I was told it would be washed as part of the service — but it was returned dirty, with no explanation for the delay or poor follow-through. This experience makes me question both the integrity of the sale and the quality of the service department. BMW customers expect more — and rightfully so. If management sees this, I strongly urge them to take accountability and make this right. — Ruben Casco More
