Saying sorry doesn’t change anything my biggest point was that you claim the alignment was done and that it happen after we took the car home. You even stated that an alignment can go bad within mins of taken it off the lot because of the roads. Yet that scenario didn’t count when it came to your employee driving the car from Winter Park all the way to the dealership in Orlando which is about 35 miles according to you. So basically what you’re trying to say is that a car can lose alignment if the customer takes it off the lot but it couldn’t of lost alignment when it was transported from Winter Park to Orlando Orange Blossom Trail BMW how does that work? You can try to explain that the alignment was done at Winter Park but the car was not aligned when I took it home something happen from Winter Park to your Orlando Orange Blossom Trail BMW and that’s my point. Do you wanna point the finger and put the blame on the customer because that’s exactly what you did when we went to you but yet you couldn’t apply the same scenario to your employee when he transported the car on the day of the purchase from Winter Park to Orange Blossom Trail the alignment was $130 I wasn’t asking for a new tire but out of courtesy because you can’t really say that the car got this aligned when I took it off the lot just like you can’t say that it didn’t happen when your employee transported the car from Winter Park to Orlando Orange Blossom Trail you could’ve ran with that expense but you chose not to, so no I am not happy and we don’t need to discuss The alignment that was done in Winter Park because just like you can place that scenario I can say the same thing when it happened from the transportation from Winter Park to Orlando Orange Blossom Trail BMW. So I am going to place as many reviews as I can and I will be sending a certified letter on your service to the ceo

Caridad she was at front desk. I returned my vehicle. She is so unfriendly and miserable. She leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I don’t know if she as racist or just miserable person. She would make me never go back to Fields BMW.
