I had the worse experience ever at this dealership. Had an issue with the recently purchased pre-certified BMW X1that was sold to me with the steering wheel a little off. Did not have the time to take the car in do to my work schedule and when I finally took it in I had to pay for the alignment even though the car was sold to me that way. I initially spoke to the manager which said that they would not cover it because it had been 60 days. I waited for the GM Luis Rios to come in and requested to speak to him, this was the worse speaking to the individual was a waste of time from the moment that I went into his office he had already made up his mind. He was very arrogant and unprofessional the entire time all he did was point the finger that the alignment was fine that it was after we took the car off the lot. It was evident that Mr. Rios didn't not know what he was talking about when he stated that a car can lose the alignment with in seconds off being on the road. Yet the car was brought over from BMW winter Park at the time of purchase, which was confirmed by him that it was 35 mile drive to his location yet that scenario that he made didn't not count when it came to the delivery of the car from the other dealership. How is it that the car can lose alignment when drive off the lot by the customer but it no way possible that the car would lose alignment when they brought it from the Winter park location. I guess Mr. Rios motto is that the customer is at fault. I could understand this if the car had been on their lot when I purchased it but it wasn't he just wanted to put the blame on me instead of trying to work with me on getting the issue resolved. Customer service or customer satisfaction is not a priority to him, his priority is pointing the finger towards the customer which is not right and not professional. I have bought many cars and this is the first time that any GM at dealership has treated me this way. I love BMW and would purchase again but not from this location. As Mr. Rios the GM is more of wanting to make money at times it is better to have a returning customer specially over an alignment that doesn't cost that much. It was the principle to me. If I had been a rich customer things with Mr. Rios would have been totally different which is sad never assume by a way a person dresses that they don't have the means because you would be surprised believe me. I had a great experience working with Cynthia Garcia in my car buying experiment. She was excellent at communicating with me and did everything possible to get me into the car I wanted. People taking advantage of people, I had a repair covered by an extended garanty... first they put more hours than the factory requirments, second they told me my first payment on top of factory requirements by an extended garanty... first they put more hours than the factory requirments, second they told me my first payment on top of factory requirements was 350 dollars, then 175, they add 50 dolars on top of that and I end up Paying 228$, and Noone was able to explain why, I have the conversation, with the agent and al the numbers do not match, they just Ad labor time, so the bill can be more! It is a shame how you can tale advantage of people! NEVER COME TO THIS DEALER FOR SERVICE! They will rip you appart! More

From the moment I walked in shopping for a car to the moment we got the new car was a pleasurable experience. Jay was fantastic, very knowledgeable & most importantly straight forward without the usual c moment we got the new car was a pleasurable experience. On the sale day, the finance manager walked us step by step and was very clear and easy to follow along. Finally, going to the owner’s lounge to take picture with our new car then driving off surly makes you feel like a VIP. More
