I’ve had an absolutely terrible experience with BMW's service department. It takes days to get any updates, and their service is overpriced for the low quality you receive. I had to constantly call just to find out what was happening with my car. They take forever to fix issues, and whatever time frame they give you, expect to wait an additional 1-5 days. After waiting several days, they finally realized they had ordered the wrong battery and needed to order another one, which means I had to wait an additional week just to get my car back. This lack of attention to detail and poor organization is unacceptable. Overall, the experience was horrible. It’s hard to understand how they can continue to make such errors. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers. They seem to prioritize quantity over quality. I will not be taking my car to BMW again. I’d rather pay more for reliable service elsewhere. To add to the frustration, they received my battery on a Monday, and once again, no update. I had to contact them, only to receive a link to a video that was impossible to hear due to loud background music and noise, along with the mechanic mumbling. They then informed me that the "high voltage compressor" needed to be removed to inspect the issue, and I agreed, believing it would solve my AC problem. However, by Tuesday, I received a message stating the new bill would be around $9,000. This was the final straw. BMW was getting nowhere with my vehicle and kept coming up with random and absurd charges. I immediately asked for a full breakdown of the costs as I wanted to pick up my vehicle. It took over 48 hours just to get a breakdown, which didn’t even provide the information I needed. By the time I received the message, I could only go the next day, which was Friday. I picked up my vehicle and on the way home, I got an alert that the engine was overheating—the same engine I had paid a fortune to fix. I had never received an alert like this until after BMW worked on my car. The next day, the same alert appeared, and my vehicle stopped working. It started making weird noises, wouldn’t accelerate, and even started smoking! I had to pull over and call roadside assistance because it almost caught fire. Now, my car doesn’t work at all, and I’m once again without a vehicle. This is beyond upsetting. I paid so much money and had so much patience, only for BMW to worsen my problems. I am now seeking a refund as this is not right and constitutes unfair business practices. I am even looking into legal counsel if needed as this has set me back so much, not only did they not fix my issues, but now I have to pay to get other issues they caused fixed. More
It’s rare but this time it happened and I cannot submit a good review. Clear and constant communication of the progress is important to me. There is an issue with my steering, or front drive train that the technicians at Fields were not able to recognize. The shop manager who is amazing help me and determine that it was the tie rods. Im mechanically inclined and I did not think it was the tie rods and that I believe that is the steering column, but I’m no able to diagnose it alone. In that I have shown a concern for for my safety and others to the dealership. I have tested other X3M and have not found this issue. The service advisor stated that they contacted BMW for direction (?). I never heard anything and they closed my service ticket without letting me know anything. Poor. This is so easy to diagnose and the dealership should be embarrassed of conducting business this way. More
Zero Stars. Dealership has lied and failed me probably a dozen times across sales, service, including many staff, managers, and GM since I bought my car new. Car Dealership has lied and failed me probably a dozen times across sales, service, including many staff, managers, and GM since I bought my car new. Car broke at less than 1000 miles. Communication and lie’s consistently. Belittlement and condescending behaviors from leadership during the sales process, services process, and all other communications. Treated my car as junk while in their care since they could not fix it over the course of 3 months. Zero desire to show empathy. Hands down my worst experience with a dealership ever, and we have bought at least a dozen new cars. Avoid this dealership at all costs, they put on a great front but Fields BMW of South Orlando is a train wreck of a dealership. More

Great service eveytime I go to the dealership. The service department is great, making sure they keep you up to date on your vehicle while in service. The service department is great, making sure they keep you up to date on your vehicle while in service. More
