Oil Change BMW Overall the dealership was easy to work with and the job was completed in a timely manner. My two points of feedback is that I was the dealership have Overall the dealership was easy to work with and the job was completed in a timely manner. My two points of feedback is that I was the dealership have out complimentary loaners like Audi and Mercedes for those that are getting a service done. It is an easy way to market different vehicles and a nice service for those that have paid a large amount of money to buy the car. Second, I was shocked that the shuttle was an old van and not a BMW. Seemed crazy to me that I was dropping off a luxury vehicle and then getting a ride in a beaten up old van. All other luxury brands will at least drive you around in their own brand vehicle. Audi uses a Q7 or Q5 and Mercedes has their sprinter. I was very diappointed. The drivers however were very nice! More

EXELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I went into the service center to maintenance my vehicle & as soon as i walked in the door Nancy Hernandez greeted me with a smile on her face and mad I went into the service center to maintenance my vehicle & as soon as i walked in the door Nancy Hernandez greeted me with a smile on her face and made me feel welcomed. My car's mechanic, Kevin was also very knowledgeable. He not only told me what was wrong with my car, he educated me on the issue & told me how he was going to fix my car. I knew my car was in good hands. They washed my car and left it looking brand new again.
