My husband and I live in Shippensburg, PA, one thousand miles from Fields BMW in South Orlando. On 14 May 2011, my husband found out that Fields BMW had one of the new BMW Series 1 M cars available. He called Mr. Santos Rodriguez at 9am (as he was the individual that provided all of the information on the car) to see if the car was still available – although Mr. Rodriguez said it was his day off, he told us his colleague, Mr. Mikahil Bouzko, would give us a call when he arrived at work. Within 10 minutes, Mr. Bouzko called my husband and, within less than an hour, my husband was able to put a deposit/hold on the vehicle. Mr. Bouzko was beyond amazing: knowledgable (he actually ordered the vehicle within moments of hearing they would be available in the U.S.), personable, and as excited as my husband was. We were thrilled to know that Mr. Bouzko put a “SOLD” sign on the car and locked it so nobody could even sit in the car (let alone drive it). Mr. Bouzko went so far as to take pictures of the car and send them to my husband. Within the next few days, Mr. Bouzko and my husband had many phone conversations (regarding the car itself, financing, dates and times of delivery) – every time, Mr. Bouzko made my husband feel as though he was the most important customer – he never rushed a conversation, knew answers to every question, and, when he did not have the immediate answer, he was able to obtain it within moments and immediately gave my husband a call. During our two-day drive down to Fields BMW, the attention Mr. Bouzko gave was beyond spectacular. They texted each other at all hours of the evening. We were even given exact driving directions to the dealership and were greeted by both Mr. Bouzko and Mr. Rodriguez when we arrived. The purchasing procedure went smoothly. The attention that we received was superb. Even the Finance Manager, Jimmy Cardenas, was extremely helpful by explaining how he arrived at some figures that differed from our calculations as well as helping us decide the best extended warranty options for this extremely rare vehicle. After leaving the dealership, Mr. Bouzko’s attention to my husband did not stop. Texts with pictures continued throughout the evening and questions were readily answered. Mr. Bouzko's response time was stellar (even those after 9pm). We returned to the dealership the following day and the Sales Manager had Mr. Rodriguez put a wax coating on the front of the car to help repel bugs on our drive home. When we arrived home on Sunday afternoon, Dennis sent yet another text to Mr. Bouzko telling him the car had ‘arrived safely’. Mr. Bouzko … yes, again … responded almost immediately – this is customer service beyond anything we could have expected. It is rare that we encounter such amazing Client Advisors. Were it not for Mr. Rodriguez’s posting about the car (and the positive feedback we found for him on DealerRater.com) and Mr. Bouzko’s exceptional salesmanship abilities, we would have never driven 1,000 miles to Fields BMW to have such a super experience. I read many reviews online regarding the exceptional staff at Fields BMW South Orlando, so I chose to drive 65 miles from my home to do business with this particular dealership even though there was ano staff at Fields BMW South Orlando, so I chose to drive 65 miles from my home to do business with this particular dealership even though there was another BMW dealer locally. I was extremely pleased to find the reviews to be accurate in the level of service and professionalism of the staff. My sales advisor, Patrick Carney, did a fantastic job in handling the sales process of my new BMW. He assisted in finding a vehicle that met my specifications, even when it wasn't located at the dealership at the time of my first visit. Since my vehicle needed to be sent from another location, Patrick showed me similar vehicles with the features I requested. We took a test drive and Patrick also explained additional features of the car to me. I was pleased with his knowledge of the vehicle and ability to answer my questions. This made me very comfortable in my decision regarding the options I ultimately decided on for my BMW. It only took a couple days for my vehicle to arrive at the dealership. Patrick contacted me prior to my arrival to obtain additional information so he could have the majority of my paperwork ready to go by the time I arrived to pick up my vehicle. I appreciated his effort to get everything processed in a timely manner so I could be on the road in my new BMW as soon as possible. Jimmy Cardenas, BMW FInance Manager, did a fantastic job in handling my sales paperwork. He was very professional and friendly which made for an extremely smooth transaction. He completed the paperwork in a timely manner and in no time I was driving off in my new BMW. The condition of my vehicle was flawless at the time of delivery. I cannot express how pleased I am with the level of service Fields BMW South Orlando displayed when delivering my vehicle. Before I drove off the lot, Patrick explained some additional features and controls of my new BMW to ensure I understood the functionality of the vehicle. He also helped me set up BMW Assist. I would like to commend the staff at Fields BMW South Orlando for their high level of service and professionalism throughout the entire sales process. This was my first BMW purchase and I can tell you that after my experience with Fields BMW South Orlando that it will certainly not be my last. I didn't care for it because of the Manual transmission, but that car handles like a charm! And our son Aaron has really abused that car,,, but it takes a licken' and keeps on ticken' as they say. There is much to be said about the BMW quality... So when we went there last night to see a used car (not BMW) and you struck a deal,,, man Steve's interest was PIQUED!! I came to this dealer after visiting another fields division that was not so helpful. I am a foreigner from Norway who bought a x5 4,8 is in April 2010. 2006 mod that still is in warranty and i got te division that was not so helpful. They solved all warranty and issues i had for the car with excellent result and being very careful with the car since it has low mileage and is in excellent condition. Being a picky person and a enthusiast driver of BMW cars i was very satisfied with the help and service i got from service advisor and of course the repair guys doing the work on the car i dont have their names Greg was the name on one of them but i did not get the name of the second one.
