David was very pleasant, efficient, and accommodating in managing my resent service appointment, and took the time to ans a high quality dealership. The entire service department appears to be a well oiled machine: loaner paperwork was already waiting upon arrival when I dropped off my X3, they reviewed work to be preformed and kept me informed of status during the work, and I was delighted that paperwork was waiting for me when I arrived to pick up vehicle for streamlined pick up. Love the job they do with a complimentary car detailing, and appreciated a follow up call from Earl in the shop. The team Rocks! More

I took my X3 in for service. All of the staff/employees.were efficient and courteous (very). The atmosphere was clean and relaxing. Speaking of waiting, I did not really want to go to a dealership and wait around while the car was being serviced; however, the experience turned out to be an enjoyable outing. The free machine coffee was actually good and the most important of all, the restroom was A+ clean. I don’t do reviews so this is very rare and is really how I feel about this service department. I spoke with the svc rep Keith on 5. 18.26, gave him the part nmbr and what I wanted replaced on my vehicle., as of 2.22.26 I have not heard anything back. All of this seems totally ridiculous and classless on his part and the dealership., as I would have thought he would have enough intelligence to go to Keith and find out why he never returned my call with the quote., but that would mean actually doing a managers job. Ridiculous!!!! and this is the same Keith svc rep that quoted me 197 00 for a part, that when I called the parts dept., sells for 97.00.....classless !!!...I thought they were a good dealership, but I see I was wrong. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've had issues with this dealership., and the 1st time the svc lady was so rude, she just threw my keys back to me. Hopefully moving forward I can find out through BMW CORP., how to file a complaint and recommend a class dealership, so I can get service on my vehicle, with correct, trustworthy quotes with people of some standard., and have at least some level of pride in doing their job. Because Fields bmw of Daytona isn't one of them. More
