it was actually referring to something that happened a year ago, when the service manager was condescending to me, that did happen. But when I called today, the fact that I can't get a "wait" appointment until March? I live 40 minutes away. You don't give loaners and supposedly you never did, but every BMW dealership I have ever been to has, but I do understand the car shortage, so now people like me have to wait. My car needs service now and it's under warranty. I think in light of the "car shortage" you would do something about the situation. I moved here from MA so having my car serviced there is not an option. The people that answer the phone are rude and a year ago or less the service manager was condescending to me. So I am going to Jacksonville which is farther, so you lost a customer because you can't accommodate wait and you don't have loaner cars. If I lived closer, I could have someone drive me but that is not an option. So you lost money because of your service and no loaner cars.
