I feel fortunate that I stumbled on Matt Hoffman by accident. First, I confess I am not a fan of auto salespeople, but I found him to be someone else. Through him, I found a new pleasure in purchasing a great car and feeling extremely comfortable with the final deal. In addition, I discovered what a dealership of real service could be: free oil changes and maintenance, senior discounts, full café with ice cream parlor, internet work stations, continual training opportunities, but most importantly, so many happy people that smile with pride in their work. Air Bag Recall - Performed at my house. I have two BMWs, each w/ a recall. Thomas the Technician was prompt, capable and efficient. I was 100% satisfied with his work.
