I just went in to have a recall taken care of. The staff was friendly and attentive. They washed the car, plus gave me a full video of the (free) inspection they did of the entire car. My *only* complaint (which is a tiny one) is that the coffee bar they have closes at 2pm (they take appointments for hours after that). Ah, a great experience indeed. All seems well with our Certified Pre Owned BMW. This is only the third time we had done business with Fields so we are not “Lifers” to your company and the very first CPO Certified Pre Owned BMW. This is only the third time we had done business with Fields so we are not “Lifers” to your company and the very first CPO vehicle we have ever purchased. I must say I was greatly concerned about some electrical glitches in the very beautiful vehicle. So far all is going well and if I should encounter the instrument panel shaking in a most weird way again I shall try to do a video as it seems almost unbelievable even to myself. Dave Gilbert is a perfect asset to your company. Imagine a Representative that actually listened to my concerns and with out cracking up at the weirdness as I explained them. My Husband had a difficult time containing himself when I first told him of the quiver in the center of the panel. Dave is most professional on all levels and most detailed. Some times it takes a serious fellow to pay such attention. All of the employees at your Dealership seem to go promptly about their business.
