I called Field’s BMW Daytona which I had just noticed the day before during my drive past the Daytona Auto Mall. I called and spoke with a service advisor who scheduled an appt for me for 20 minutes later. I changed direction and headed back to Daytona. I was incredibly pleased to be welcomed very nicely ion my arrival. The waiting area is beautiful, immaculately clean, and my service advisor provided excellent and very timely service. My repair was completed quickly and thoroughly. I also found a great selection of fun and interesting BMW logo items available. The whole experience was seamless and well orchestrated. I felt like a valued and appreciated BMW owner and greatly appreciate the peace of mind they provided. More

A friend of mine recommended Jack Adams to us and we weren't disappointed. Jack did a great job and I appreciated his honest answers to my numerous questions and his attention to detail. After looking at the cars on-site I found the color car that we really wanted in Orlando and Jack went to get the car for us which I really appreciated because I hate, hate, hate Orlando traffic. My daughter and wife really love the car and the nice part is, they won't mind taking it for service since the lounge is so nice and shopping is right across the street. Thanks for everything. More

Expect more from a franchise, branded dealer like Fields. This is a hard one to rate... Officially my 3rd vehicle purchased from Fields, but after the lack of concern here from the sales rep post my communic This is a hard one to rate... Officially my 3rd vehicle purchased from Fields, but after the lack of concern here from the sales rep post my communications, will most likely be my last. Went in a couple days ago to close on a used vehicle they had on the lot.. Mind you, had attempted to close on this vehicle for nearly a week prior, but whether from the online site or AutoTrader, I could not get anyone to reach back out to me. Finally get a sales rep and get over to see the vehicle.. (It's pouring raining of course...) I do the best inspection I can, feeling confidence with the car still being well under warranty, but fail to notice the front tires on the car are completely BALD! (See attached photo.) Reach out in concern to my sales rep, which states the rears were replaced, but the fronts were, "within safety standards" for them to release as is.. Mind you again, the rears they put on this performance car, were the cheapest, off-brand tire money can buy.... Yes, my fault for not taking note at the dealership, and proof that the misconception of dealing with a franchise branded dealer means you will get a car "ready to drive." I am now forced to pay nearly $900 for replacement tires on a car, the sales rep SWORE there was no haggle room on. "We only had $300 profit in it" he said.. Bull.. I bought it at virtually retail, and guarantee they didn't take it in on trade at such. Very disappointed with this and now happy to flood the internet with my opinion here. More
