I was in a rush to get to a meeting (I was running late that morning and managed to show up 45 minutes late to my appt) and he helped me get in and out. Towards the end of the day, he gave me a call and walked me through all the discoveries the technicians made, cost to repair, and timeframe. My vehicle would be ready to pick up that evening, or any time the following day. Super easy checkout - I had to have a family member pick up the vehicle because I was out of town, but they made it easy and convenient to pay through an online billing system allowing the car to be picked up immediately. I really appreciate the communication and ease of the service for my vehicle! More
